Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in the West Europe Operating Unit seeks a Next Chapter Change Management Manager to lead end-to-end change initiatives across the DACH markets, translating transformation priorities into practical change plans.

You will partner with senior leaders to understand organizational implications, build readiness, and drive adoption using the PEP framework and the 5 As to ensure lasting impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, OD, communications or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of change management and large-scale transformation experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools (Copilot, Teams, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change management for priority West Europe transformations in the DACH markets, developing and executing the change strategies, plans and deliverables required for successful adoption.
• Act as a trusted change partner to senior leaders, helping them understand the organisational implications of change and equipping them to visibly and effectively lead their teams through it.
• Design and deliver detailed change management activities, including impact and readiness assessments, change approaches and sustainment plans, working through the PEP change planning framework of Assess, Plan, and Integrate & Sustain and the 5 As: Awareness, Acknowledgement, Acceptance, Activation and Adoption.
