Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and research capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Good written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Interest in wellbeing, vitality, and organizational development.
• Mandatory enrolment to a Dutch Education System & resident of The Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Conduct literature and desk research on Health & Wellbeing and psychosocial workload.
• Analyze internal data, policies, or survey results.
• Support the development of tools, guidelines, or presentations.
• Translate research insights into practical recommendations.
• Prepare a clear and structured research report.
• Present findings to the Health & Wellbeing team.
