The role involves processing HR data related to Organizational Health and Wellbeing, contributing to organizational health projects, and providing insights to enhance employee wellbeing. Ideal for a student pursuing a relevant degree with skills in data processing and a basic understanding of Dutch labor law. Proficiency in both English and Dutch is required.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Prior experience with data processing, reporting, or statistical projects.
• Basic understanding of Dutch labor law.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for processing absence data for Resilience NL employees.
• Contribute to broader organizational health projects at the NL level.
• Deliver key insights to support employee wellbeing.
