Job summary

IQIP B.V. in Sliedrecht is seeking a welder to join the team manufacturing offshore equipment. You will perform MIG/MAG welding on large steel components and work from drawings, ensuring weld quality, safety, and adherence to procedures.

The role requires an MBO-level education in metalwork or welding, MIG/MAG certification, and experience with heavy steel in manufacturing or offshore settings. Dutch-language communication is valued; English is a plus.

Qualifications

• MBO level education in metalwork or welding technology.
• Valid MIG/MAG welding certifications, or willingness to obtain them.
• Experience welding heavy steel components, preferably in manufacturing or offshore-related environments.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Precise, quality-focused and safety-aware work attitude.
• Team player with good communication skills in Dutch; English is a plus.

Responsibilities

Your work

As a Welder at IQIP in Sliedrecht, you will work on the welding of large steel components that are used in advanced offshore and onshore equipment. You will be responsible for carrying out welding work to exact technical specifications and welding procedures. Your work is essential to the strength, safety, and reliability of our heavy equipment, which is used in challenging environments around the world.
