Job summary

A Job Invest B.V. procura um Soldador para reforçar soluções de segurança, lendo ordens de produção, desenhos com símbolos de soldagem e montando peças com precisão.

Você operará em duas turnos, das 06:00 às 15:00 e das 15:00 às 23:00, utilizando diversos métodos de soldagem e controlando o pool de solda.

Oferece salário bruto por hora de €17,99, com bônus de turno de 17% por hora e oportunidades de crescimento dentro de uma empresa líder na proteção perimetral na Europa.

Qualifications

• Capacidade de ler desenhos com símbolos de soldagem.
• Disponibilidade para trabalhar em 2 turnos.
• Proficiência em inglês e/ou holandês.

Responsibilities

• Ler ordens de produção, desenhos com símbolos de soldagem e tolerâncias.
• Colocar o jig correto na bancada de trabalho.
• Ajustar amperagem, voltagem e aterramento; regular o gás de proteção.
• Realizar soldagem usando jigas e juntar peças com diferentes métodos.
• Controlar o pool de solda ajustando comprimento de arco e velocidade.
• Movimentar peças e transformadores com uma grua aérea.

The company you will be working for as a Welder is a total supplier of permanent and mobile security solutions. They operate from more than 25 countries and employ more than 1,100 highly trained experts. You will be working in 2 shifts. Your working hours as a Welder will be from 06:00 to 15:00 and from 15:00 to 23:00.

Função

During your work as a Welder, you will perform the following tasks:

• Reading production orders, drawings with welding symbols, place and shape tolerances and related instructions and regulations and discussing ambiguities with the team leader;
• Placing the correct jig on the work table;
• Set amperage, voltage and grounding and adjust the amount of shielding gas;
• Perform welding work using jigs by joining parts using various methods and welding processes;
• Control the weld pool by coordinating arc length, advance speed and electrode position;
• And tilting products and moving products and welding transformers using an overhead crane.

Requisitos do emprego

É-lhe exigido:

• Being able to read drawings with welding symbols;
• Open to working 2 shifts;
• And a good command of the English and/or Dutch language.

• A gross hourly wage of €17,99;
