Job summary

Helloflex in Den Bosch area is seeking an experienced Welder to work on heavy-duty machine industry constructions. You will read technical drawings, prep joints, and perform tack and full welds with precision. Overhead crane handling and safety are essential in this role.

You will join a technically skilled team, with opportunities to develop and grow within a stable production environment. A 2-shift system and overtime are expected, with transport/accommodation support if needed.

Qualifications

• MIG/MAG welding qualification at level 2 or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrable experience in structural welding and welded assemblies.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience operating an overhead crane.
• Good command of Dutch and/or English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to work overtime and in a 2-shift system.
• Accurate, safe, and independent work.
• Flexible, enthusiastic and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Prepare products by beveling and preheating joints for welding.
• Assemble products from drawings and tack weld components.
• Fully weld assemblies and grind welds and spatter as needed.
• Move products with an overhead crane and keep the work area clean and safe.
• Perform minor maintenance on welding equipment and report issues promptly.
• Work independently on own projects and collaborate with a skilled team.

For an international manufacturing company in the Den Bosch area, we are looking for an experienced Welder . You will work on heavy-duty, technical constructions for the machine industry. Based on technical drawings, you will assemble, tack weld and fully weld various products. This is a great opportunity for a welder who enjoys working independently and accurately on technically challenging products.

What will you do?

• You prepare the products by cutting bevels for welding and preheating weld joints with a torch.
• Based on technical drawings , you assemble different products and accurately tack weld the components into position.
• You then fully weld the assembled constructions according to the drawings and grind welds and welding spatter where necessary.
• You move products using an overhead crane and make sure your welding booth and work area remain clean and safe.
• You also perform minor maintenance on the welding equipment and report any issues in a timely manner.
• You work independently on your own products while also being part of an enthusiastic and technically skilled team.

What do you bring?

• A completed MIG/MAG welding qualification at level 2 or demonstrable equivalent welding experience
• Demonstrable experience in structural welding and welding assembled constructions
• Experience with or knowledge of W PS 24: EN 287-1 135 P FW 3 S t15 PB ml
• You are able to independently read and interpret technical drawings
• Experience operating an overhead crane
• You have a good command of Dutch and/or English, both spoken and written
• Willingness to work overtime and in a 2-shift system
• You work accurately, safely and independently
• You are flexible, enthusiastic and eager to learn, and you work well as part of a team
