Job summary

Procestechniek voert in Nieuw-Vennep een vacature uit voor een Weegings Operator bij Solina. Je werkt aan het begin van het productieproces, bereidt ingrediënten voor volgens de planning en stelt machines in voor productie.

Je voert testruns uit en registreert productiegegevens. Het gaat om een 40-urige werkweek in een 3-ploegendienst met toeslagen en een vooruitzicht op doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen operatorrollen.

Qualifications

• Minimaal 1 jaar recente productie-ervaring.
• Beschikbaarheid voor 40 uur per week.
• 3-shifts werken.
• Ervaring in voedingsmiddelenproductie is een sterke plus.
• Ervaring met machines is gewenst.
• Goede beheersing van Engels of Nederlands.

Responsibilities

• Ingrediënten en materialen verzamelen met een scanner.
• Productieorders volgens planning verwerken.
• Ingrediënten nauwkeurig voorbereiden voor productie.
• Instellen van machines op correcte parameters.
• Starten van apparatuur en testruns uitvoeren wanneer nodig.
• Regelmatige proces- en productcontroles uitvoeren.
• Controleren of machines correct werken en afwijkingen signaleren.

Your accuracy keeps production running.

As a Weighing Operator, you work at the start of the production process. Getting the ingredients right at this stage helps prevent delays and quality issues later.

Your responsibilities include:

• Picking ingredients and materials using a scanner
• Processing production orders according to schedule
• Preparing ingredients accurately for production
• Setting machines to the correct parameters
• Starting equipment and carrying out test runs when needed
• Performing limited manual production activities
• Carrying out regular process and product checks
• Checking that machines are operating correctly
• Identifying deviations and solving basic issues independently
• Recording production data
• Performing basic daily maintenance
• Reporting technical faults to the maintenance department
• Identifying improvements related to quality, safety and HSEQ
• Keeping your workstation clean and safe

You work independently, but experienced operators and supervisors are available when more complex issues occur.

We are looking for someone who works accurately and takes responsibility.

• You are available 40 hours per week
• You are willing to work a 3-shift schedule
• Preferably, you have at least 1 year of recent production experience
• Experience in food manufacturing is a strong advantage
• Experience operating or setting up machines is preferred
• You can work accurately with production orders and instructions
• You are physically able to perform production work
• You speak fluent English or Dutch
• Having your own transport is preferred due to the location
• You take hygiene, safety and quality seriously

Arbeids voorwaarden

Shift work increases your earnings.

You can expect:

• A base salary of €2,600 to €2,800 gross per month
• 25% shift allowance between 18:00 and 00:00
• 50% shift allowance between 00:00 and 06:00
• A 40-hour working week
• Monday-to-Friday work
• 25 vacation days with the option to purchase additional days
• A €150 quarterly attendance bonus, subject to applicable conditions

The 3-shift schedule is:

• Morning: 06:00 - 15:00
• Afternoon/evening: 14:00 - 23:00

Procestechniek.nl is recruiting a Weighing Operator for Solina in Nieuw-Vennep.

At this production site, products including sauces and marinades are manufactured. The process covers several stages, from preparing ingredients to mixing, cooking and packaging.

Production is expanding from two to three shifts, creating opportunities for people who enjoy working independently and taking responsibility.

The ingredients you prepare during your shift eventually become a finished food product. Your work is quite literally where each batch begins.
