Job summary

Procestechniek.nl werft Packing Operators voor Solina in Nieuw-Vennep. Je werkt aan de verpakking van sauzen en marinades en bewaakt alle stappen van ingrediëntenvoorbereiding tot eindverpakking.

De functie vereist 40 uur per week in een 3-ploegendienst, met ploegentoeslagen en goede doorgroeimogelijkheden. Salaris tussen €2.600 en €2.800 brutomaand, 25 vakantiedagen en gratis parkeren.

Qualifications

• Beschikbaar voor 40 uur per week.
• Bereid om in een 3-ploegendienst te werken.
• Minstens 1 jaar recente productie-ervaring.
• Ervaring met verpakkingsmachines of productielijnen is een voordeel.
• U kunt machines instellen of aanpassen.
• U kunt basisbedieningsproblemen herkennen en oplossen.
• Ervaring in voedselproductie is een pré.
• Spreekt vloeiend Engels of Nederlands.
• Eigen vervoer is gewenst.
• Nauwkeurig werken en hygiëne- en veiligheidsprocedures volgen.

Responsibilities

• Bedienen van een productie- of verpakkinglijn.
• Instellen van machines op de juiste waarden.
• Uitvoeren van testruns waar nodig.
• Productie-orders volgens planning verwerken.
• Tijdens de dienst machines starten en lijn bijhouden.
• Machine-instellingen aanpassen tijdens productie.
• Uitvoeren van proces- en kwaliteitscontroles.
• Toezicht houden op machineprestaties.
• Fouten identificeren en basisstoringen oplossen.
• Inpakwerkzaamheden uitvoeren indien nodig.
• Productiegegevens registreren.
• Dagelijks basisonderhoud uitvoeren.
• Storingen melden aan onderhoud.
• Verbeteringen identificeren op het gebied van veiligheid, kwaliteit en HSEQ.
• Lijn en werkplek schoon en veilig houden.

Functie omschrijving

You keep downtime to a minimum.

As a Packing Operator, you do more than simply pack products. You take responsibility for the performance of your machine or packaging line.

Your responsibilities include:

• Operating a production or packaging line
• Setting machines to the correct values
• Performing test runs where required
• Processing production orders according to schedule
• Starting machines and production lines
• Adjusting machine settings during production
• Performing process and quality checks
• Monitoring machine performance
• Identifying abnormalities and solving basic faults
• Carrying out manual packing activities when necessary
• Recording production data
• Performing basic daily maintenance
• Reporting technical faults to maintenance
• Identifying improvements relating to safety, quality and HSEQ
• Keeping your line and workplace clean and safe

Wat we van jou verwachten

Machine experience helps you succeed.

• You are available for 40 hours per week
• You are willing to work a 3-shift schedule
• Preferably, you have at least 1 year of recent production experience
• Experience with packaging machinery or production lines is a strong advantage
• You can set or adjust machines
• You can identify and solve basic operating issues
• Food manufacturing experience is preferred
• You speak fluent English or Dutch
• Having your own transport is preferred
• You work accurately and follow hygiene and safety procedures

Arbeids voorwaarden

• €2,600 to €2,800 gross per month base salary
• 25% shift allowance between 18:00 and 00:00
• 50% shift allowance between 00:00 and 06:00
• 40 working hours per week

You complete the production process.

Procestechniek.nl is recruiting Packing Operators for Solina in Nieuw-Vennep.

Products including sauces and marinades are manufactured at this site. Production covers several steps, from ingredient preparation and mixing to cooking and final packaging.

Solina is expanding production from two to three shifts. New operators are therefore needed to keep the packaging lines running reliably.

At the end of your shift, the result is easy to see: a stable production line and correctly packaged products ready for their next destination.
