Job summary

Procestechniek.nl werft Packing Employees aan voor Solina in Nieuw-Vennep. Je werkt aan de eindfase van de productie, verpakt sauzen en marinades en controleert kwaliteit, zodat producten klaar zijn voor transport.

Je staat 40 uur per week, werkt in ploegen en maakt de overstap naar een 3-ploegdienst. Een aantrekkelijk basis maandsalaris van 2.600–2.800 euro bruto, plus ploegentoeslagen en extra voordelen.

Qualifications

• Beschikbaar voor 40 uren per week.
• Bereid om in ploegen te werken.
• Kunt werken in een 3-ploegendienst.
• Beschikbaar van maandag tot en met vrijdag.
• Eerdere productie-ervaring gewenst maar niet vereist.
• Voedselproductie-ervaring is een voordeel.
• In staat tot repetitieve en fysieke arbeid.
• Nauwkeurig werken en letten op kwaliteit.
• Vloeiende beheersing van Engels of Nederlands.
• Beschikking over eigen vervoer naar Nieuw-Vennep.

Responsibilities

• Verpakken van sauzen, marinades en andere voedingsmiddelen.
• Producten in de juiste dozen of verpakkingen plaatsen.
• Kwaliteit van producten en verpakking controleren.
• Beschadigde of verkeerd verpakte producten identificeren.
• Gereed product gereed maken voor de volgende stap.
• Uitvoeren van basistaken rond de productielijn.
• Helpen om de lijn soepel te laten draaien.
• Hygiëne- en voedselveiligheidsvoorschriften volgen.
• Werkplek schoon en georganiseerd houden.
• Onveilige situaties of afwijkingen melden.

You help finish every product.

As a Packing Employee, you work at the final stage of the production process. Your job is to make sure products are packed correctly and meet the required quality standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Packing sauces, marinades and other food products
• Placing products in the correct boxes or packaging
• Checking products and packaging for quality
• Identifying damaged or incorrectly packed products
• Preparing finished products for the next stage
• Carrying out basic tasks around the production line
• Helping to keep the line running smoothly
• Following hygiene and food safety procedures
• Keeping your workstation clean and organised
• Reporting unsafe situations or product deviations
• Working closely with operators and production colleagues

This is an active job in which you are on your feet for much of the shift. Working at a steady pace while maintaining quality is important.

You do not need to be an experienced operator for this position. We are mainly looking for reliable people who enjoy practical production work.

• Previous production experience is preferred but not always required
• Food production experience is an advantage
• You are able to perform repetitive and physical work
• You work accurately and pay attention to quality

• you are willing to follow strict hygiene and safety procedures
• You have your own transport to travel to the location in Nieuw-Vennep

Having your own transport is important because the production site is not always easy to reach by public transport during all shift hours.

Arbeids voorwaarden

Shift work increases your earnings.

You can expect:

• A base salary of €2,600 to €2,800 gross per month
• 25% shift allowance between 18:00 and 00:00
• 50% shift allowance between 00:00 and 06:00
• A 40-hour working week
• Monday-to-Friday work
• Currently working in a 2-shift schedule
• Transition to a 3-shift schedule in the near future
• 25 vacation days with the option to purchase additional days
• A €150 quarterly attendance bonus subject to applicable conditions

Once the 3-shift schedule starts, the working hours are:

• Morning: 06:00 - 15:00

Procestechniek.nl is recruiting Packing Employees for Solina in Nieuw-Vennep.

At this production location, food products including sauces and marinades are manufactured. The process runs from preparing ingredients and mixing and cooking products to final packaging.

Solina currently works in two shifts and is preparing to expand to three shifts. New employees are therefore needed to support this growth.

At the end of your shift, you can immediately see the result of your work: checked and properly packed products ready for transport.

You do not need to be an experienced operator to apply. This position can also be a good starting point if you want to gain production experience and eventually learn more about machinery and operator work.
