Job summary

Solina Group in Nieuw-Vennep, Netherlands is hiring a Storingsmonteur (Maintenance Technician) to diagnose and repair food production equipment. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines, kettles and installations, and ensure safety and reliability in a fast-paced production environment.

We require an MTS/MBO in Elektrotechniek or 3+ years of relevant experience, strong electrotechnical knowledge, PLC familiarity, and Dutch/English language skills.

Qualifications

• MTS or MBO diploma in Elektrotechniek or at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent knowledge of electrical engineering and technical installations.
• Familiar with measuring and weighing equipment, PLCs; experience in the food/production environment is a plus.
• Proficient in Dutch and English, structured and solutions-driven.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food machinery, kettles and installations run as designed.
• Respond quickly to faults and resolve independently.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to prevent failures.
• Replace and test parts, adjust settings and document work.
• Collaborate with colleagues from other departments and provide technical support.
• Maintain building infrastructure (electricity, sanitary, etc.).
• Supervise calibrations, technical alarms and overall safety.
• Participate in on-call shifts (one week per month) with compensation.

Ben jij een technische alleskunner met passie voor food én techniek? Solina Nederland – specialist in sauzen, dressings en marinades – is op zoek naar vijf gemotiveerde fulltime storingsmonteurs (Maintenance Technicians) die ook onderhoud kunnen uitvoeren om ons team in Nieuw-Vennep te versterken. Werk jij graag met moderne machines, ben je oplossingsgericht en voel jij je thuis in een productieomgeving? Dan willen wij jou!

Wat ga je doen?

• Zorgt dat onze foodmachines, ketels en installaties altijd draaien zoals het hoort.
• Grijpt razendsnel in bij storingen en lost deze zelfstandig op.
• Voert preventief en correctief onderhoud uit – jij voorkomt dat het misgaat!
• Vervangt en test onderdelen, stelt bij en documenteert je werk netjes.
• Werkt samen met collega’s van andere afdelingen en ondersteunt hen technisch.
• Draagt zorg voor gebouwonderhoud (elektra, sanitair, etc.).
• Houdt toezicht op kalibraties, technische alarmen en de algemene veiligheid.
• Draait mee in een bereikbaarheidsdienst (1 week per maand) – uiteraard met een nette vergoeding.

Wat breng jij mee?

• MTS or MBO-diploma in Elektrotechniek (or comparable), óf minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring.
• Uitstekende kennis van elektrotechniek en technische installaties.
• Bekend met meet- en weegapparatuur, PLC’s, en ervaring in de voedingsindustrie is een dikke plus.
• Je spreekt goed Nederlands én Engels.
• Je bent gestructureerd, nauwkeurig, flexibel en denkt in oplossingen.
• Je woont binnen 30 minuten van Nieuw-Vennep en beschikt over eigen vervoer.

Werktijden: twee ploegen (06.00–15.00 uur en 14.00-23.00 uur, maandag t/m vrijdag. En consignatiedienst, waar je een vergoeding voor krijgt.

Wat bieden wij

• Een jaarcontract met een maand proeftijd, waarna verlenging mogelijk is
• Een FT salaris marktconform afhankelijk van leeftijd, ervaring en kennis (tussen EUR 3.500,- en EUR 4.500,- bruto per maand)
• Consignatiedienst vergoeding van EUR 200,- bruto per maand bij 1 week per maand dienst draaien.
• 8% vakantiegeld
• 25 vakantiedagen per jaar en max 5 per jaar bij te kopen en vanaf 45 jaar elke 5 jaar er één extra dag bij.
