Albany Med Health System is seeking a Practice Coordinator – Weekend to supervise weekend administrative activity, coordinate staff, and ensure smooth operations across EmUrgentCare locations. The role includes scheduling, problem solving, and liaison with the management team to uphold high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will hold an Associate degree (Bachelor’s preferred) with at least three years in coordination/supervision, strong communication skills, and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience in coordination and supervision, preferably in healthcare.
• Must maintain HIPAA compliance at all times.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; professional image.

Responsibilities

• Supervise weekend administrative staff and ensure staffing coverage.
• Coordinate scheduling and respond to staff questions during weekends.
• Travel to EmUrgentCare locations as needed to maintain operations.
• Provide detailed weekend activity reports to management for follow-up.
