BREITLING in Lijnden is seeking an After Sales Specialist (f/m/x) to own the repair workflow and customer communications for servicing all Breitling models. You will register watches, coordinate price estimates, invoices, and service policies, and interact with dealers and customers.

You speak Dutch and English fluently, with French a plus, and you thrive on meticulous processes, attention to detail, and delivering premium service in a luxury brand environment.

Qualifications

• Interest in fine mechanics and watches.
• Experience with process flows.
• Detail-oriented and able to think several steps ahead.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Register incoming watches.
• Communicate via email and phone with dealers and customers.
• Handle administrative flows.
• Send price estimates.
• Invoice repairs.
