Job summary

GLS in Zwolle zoekt een magazijnmedewerker die parcels verwerkt zodat ze op tijd bij de klant komen. Je werkt samen met collega’s in een drukke logistieke omgeving waar teamwork en een hands-on aanpak centraal staan.

Je bent gewend aan fysiek werk en hebt minimaal VMBO-niveau. Engels/Dutch beheersing is gewenst; ochtend- en/of avonddiensten zijn mogelijk, met een salaris van €14.99 per uur en parttime uren (minimaal 16 uur per week).

Qualifications

• Je geniet van praktisch werk, bent fysiek in staat om parcels te tillen en werkt graag in teamverband.
• Je spreekt Nederlands en/of Engels.
• Je hebt VMBO-opleiding of gelijkwaardig.
• Je bent flexibel, betrouwbaar en bereid samen te werken in een team.
• Je kunt ochtend- of avonddiensten van 02:00 tot 08:00 en/of avonddiensten draaien.

Responsibilities

• Laden/unladen: Parcels uit vrachtwagens en containers halen.
• Sorteren: Zendingen sorteren op bestemming.
• Transporteren: Parcels lossen en laden voor transport.
• Beweging: Parcels tillen en verplaatsen tijdens de dienst.
• Schoon en veilig houden: Werkplek ordelijk en veilig houden.

As a Warehouse Worker at GLS in Zwolle, you help ensure that parcels are processed correctly and ready for delivery on time. You'll work alongside your colleagues in a busy logistics environment where teamwork and a hands-on attitude are important.

Your responsibilities include:

• Unloading parcels: Remove parcels from trucks and containers.
• Sorting parcels: Sort shipments according to their destination.
• Loading trucks: Stack parcels and load them for transport.
• Moving parcels: Lift, bend and move parcels throughout your shift.
• Keeping the workplace tidy: Help maintain a clean and safe warehouse.
