Job summary

GXO Logistics Frozenis in Tilburg is hiring for an order picker in a cold storage warehouse, working in a three-shift system. You will pick frozen products and place them in containers while navigating aisles with shelving. Headset instructions are given in Polish at all times.

Employment Conditions

Salary

• Base rate: €14.99 gross/hour

Additional allowances:

• Shift allowance: 13.75% (for every worked hour regardless of shift) - €2.05/hour
• Cold environment allowance - €0.26/hour
• ADV allowance (paid on basic hours) - €0.23/hour
• Holiday allowance (Vakantiegeld) - 8% of gross earnings (on basic hours)
• Holiday reserve (Vakantiedagen) - according to applicable CAO, minimum 20 days per year, proportionally

Total hourly rate including allowances: €18.72 gross/hour
Overtime & Weekend Allowances

• Monday-Friday above 40 hours: +30%
• Saturday: +50%
• Sunday: +100%
• ADV allowance applies to basic hours
