Job summary

GXO Nieuwegein is a temperature-controlled food warehouse (0–2°C) handling fresh products such as cold cuts, fruit, vegetables, cakes, and salads. As an Order Picker, you will prepare customer orders using a modern voice-picking system.

No experience? No problem. Our structured training program ensures that most employees reach full productivity within 3–4 weeks. The position offers long-term cooperation and a permanent contract potential.

• 19:00–21:00: +25%/hour → €18,39
• 21:00–00:00: +35%/hour → €19,86
• 00:00–06:00: +45%/hour → €21,33

• Sunday: +100% → €29,42
• Overtime allowance for exceeding 40 hours per week: +30%
• Holiday allowance (Vakantiegeld): 8.33% of gross income, calculated on base hours
• Holiday hours reserve (Vakantiedagen): 10.92% of gross income, calculated on base hours

• Productivity bonus:
• 98% or more: €0.50 per hour
• 110% or more: €0.90 per hour
• 115% or more: €1.30 per hour

• New employees:
  • In the 2nd week receive a €0.50/hour bonus if productivity reaches 80% or more
  • In the 3rd week receive a €0.50/hour bonus if productivity reaches 90% or more

• Top 5 pickers:
  • Fastest picker: €1.50/hour
  • 2nd fastest: €1.20/hour
  • 3rd place: €0.90/hour
  • 4th place: €0.60/hour
  • 5th place: €0.30/hour

• Bonus Conditions:
  • Correct and error-free order picking during the given week
  • Minimum number of hours worked per week: 7 hours
  • Correct clock-in and clock-out (working time registration)

Salary in accordance with the Dutch statutory minimum wage increase effective 1 July 2026.
