Job summary

Olympia zoekt een warehouse employee bij GXO in Schiphol-Rijk. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het afladen van vrachtwagens, voorraadbeheer en het verzamelen van bestellingen. Je komt terecht in een internationale omgeving met collega’s van verschillende achtergronden.

Het uurloon bedraagt €14,71 met extra vergoeding in de avonden. Daarnaast bieden we 40 gegarandeerde uren per week, een prettige werksfeer en reiskostenvergoeding.

Qualifications

• Eigen vervoer is vereist (openbaar vervoer niet beschikbaar aan het begin van de dienst).
• Beschikbaar voor een fulltime dienstverband van maandag tot en met vrijdag, in twee ploegen.
• Comfortabel met actief werk (tillift pakketten tot 25 kg).

Responsibilities

• Afladen van vrachtwagens en opslaan van goederen op de juiste locatie.
• Beheren van de voorraad en het verzamelen van bestellingen.
• Controleren van bestellingen en laden van vrachtwagens.

Wat ga je doen?

As a Warehouse employee for GXO, you perform different tasks. From offloading trucks and storing goods on the right location, stock management, picking orders, checking orders or loading trucks with outgoing packages, it is all part of the job. You will be working in an international team in a warm atmosphere. GXO celebrates successes, so don't be surprised if they hand out ice creams during summer time, or a cake for someone's birthday. You will work in a fixed schedule together with your teamleader. One week morning shift from 06.00 to 15.00, next week afternoon shift from 13.00 until 22.00 hrs. Working days are Monday to Friday. On occasion they work Saturdays. As a warehouse employee you are the key to our clients success. It’s important you pay attention to detail, because the packages you collect are part of a combination. One wrong package and the whole system does not work.

Working for international renowned clients like Google, Ikea, etc. The client is located at Schiphol. There are two locations Walravenlaan (Schipholrijk) and at Fokkerweg (Oude Meer).

Wie ben je?

• You have to have your own transportation (public transport not available at beginning of the shift)
• Full time available from Monday to Friday, in two shifts.
• Physically fit and comfortable with active work (you lift packages up to 25 kg).
• Speaks good English or Dutch.
• VOG required (application will be done after your start).

Wat mag je verwachten?

• Hour salary of €14,71. In the evenings salary from €18,38 up to €22,07 per hour.
