Job summary

Carrière in Delfgauw zoekt een Order Picker voor logistieke activiteiten. Je werkt mee aan dagelijkse orderverwerking, waarin nauwkeurigheid, efficiëntie en teamwork centraal staan.

Dankzij duidelijke werkprocessen beheer je orders met behulp van digitale logistiek-tools en draag je bij aan tijdige levering. Na zes weken start je in de ochtenddienst; op basis van prestatie kan een overstap naar de avonddienst besproken worden.

Qualifications

• Geen ervaring vereist – volledige training wordt geboden
• Netherlands housing vereist (geen huisvesting beschikbaar)
• Fysiek fit en in staat om pakketten tot ca. 23 kg te tillen
• Basiskennis van Nederlands en Engels of Pools voor communicatie
• Flexibiliteit, ook in weekenddiensten

Responsibilities

Are you physically strong and looking for an active job in logistics? Start as an Order Picker in Delfgauw. No experience is required motivation and commitment are! Good job!

Over de functie

In this position, you will be part of the daily logistics operations, where accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork are important. You will follow clear work processes and use digital logistics tools to ensure orders are handled correctly and on time.

Your responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently picking orders
• Operating hand scanners and monitoring inventory levels
• Packing and preparing products for shipment
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the workplace
• Collaborating with the team to achieve daily operational goals

All new employees start on the morning shift for the first 6 weeks. Based on performance, a move to the evening shift can be discussed.

Shift times:

• Morning shift: 07:00 – 16:00
• Evening shift: 15:00 – 00:00

Weekend work applies only to the evening shift.

Wat wij bieden

• €16.14 gross per hour (including ADV allowance)
• Shift & weekend allowances on top of base salary:
  +25% : Mon–Fri 18:00–22:00, Sat 14:00–18:00
  +50% : Mon–Fri 22:00–00:00, Sat 18:00–00:00
  +100% : Sunday
• Paid overtime
• 8% holiday allowance (vakantiegeld) + end-of-year bonus
