Job summary

Carrière in Delfgauw zoekt een gemotiveerde Order Picker om dagelijks orders nauwkeurig te verzamelen en klaar te maken voor verzending. Je werkt met handen scanners, bewaakt voorraden en verzorgt de verpakking, terwijl het team samenwerkt om de dagelijkse doelen te halen.

We bieden training, een ochtenddienst in eerste weken en overgang naar avonden op basis van prestatie. De functie vereist fysieke inzet en flexibiliteit, inclusief weekenddiensten, met een marktconforme beloning.

Qualifications

• Geen werkervaring vereist; volledige training wordt geboden.
• In Nederland wonen vereist (eigen woning).
• Basiskennis Nederlands, Engels of Pools voor communicatie.
• Fysiek sterk en in staat dozen tot circa 23 kg te tillen.
• Flexibele beschikbaarheid, inclusief weekenddiensten.

Are you physically strong and looking for an active job in logistics? Start as an Order Picker in Delfgauw. No experience is required motivation and commitment are! Good job!

Over de functie

In this position, you will be part of the daily logistics operations, where accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork are important. You will follow clear work processes and use digital logistics tools to ensure orders are handled correctly and on time.

Your responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently picking orders
• Operating hand scanners and monitoring inventory levels
• Packing and preparing products for shipment
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the workplace
• Collaborating with the team to achieve daily operational goals

All new employees start on the morning shift for the first 6 weeks. Based on performance, a move to the evening shift can be discussed.

Shift times:

• Morning shift: 07:00 – 16:00
• Evening shift: 15:00 – 00:00

Weekend work applies only to the evening shift.

• €16.14 gross per hour (including ADV allowance)
• Shift & weekend allowances on top of base salary:
  +25% : Mon–Fri 18:00–22:00, Sat 14:00–18:00
  +50% : Mon–Fri 22:00–00:00, Sat 18:00–00:00
  +100% : Sunday
• Paid overtime
• 8% holiday allowance (vakantiegeld) + end‑of‑year bonus
