Job summary

Booston.io zoekt een Order Picker in Delfgauw voor dagelijkse logistieke operaties. Je volgt duidelijke processen en werkt met digitale logistieke tools om bestellingen accuraat en op tijd te verwerken.

Je start op de ochtenddienst en kan na 6 weken eventueel naar de avonddienst worden geplaatst. Er geldt een salaris van €16,14 bruto per uur, met extra vergoedingen voor shift- en weekendwerk en andere voordelen zoals reiskostenvergoeding.

Qualifications

• Fysiek fit en in staat om pakketten tot ca. 23 kg te tillen.
• Basiskennis van Nederlands, Engels of Pools voor communicatie.
• Geen ervaring vereist – volledige opleiding wordt geboden.
• Flexibele beschikbaarheid, ook in het weekend.

Responsibilities

• Accurately en efficiënt orders picking.
• Bedienen van handscanners en voorraad controleren.
• Pakken en gereed maken voor verzending.
• Zorg dragen voor netheid en veiligheid op de werkvloer.
• Samenwerken met het team om dagelijkse doelstellingen te bereiken.

Over de functie

In this position, you will be part of the daily logistics operations, where accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork are important. You will follow clear work processes and use digital logistics tools to ensure orders are handled correctly and on time.

• Accurately and efficiently picking orders
• Operating hand scanners and monitoring inventory levels
• Packing and preparing products for shipment
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the workplace
• Collaborating with the team to achieve daily operational goals

All new employees start on the morning shift for the first 6 weeks. Based on performance, a move to the evening shift can be discussed.

Shift times

• Morning shift: 07:00 – 16:00
• Evening shift: 15:00 – 00:00

Weekend work applies only to the evening shift.

Wat wij bieden

• €16.14 gross per hour (including ADV allowance)
• Shift & weekend allowances on top of base salary: +25% : Mon–Fri 18:00–22:00, Sat 14:00–18:00 +50% : Mon–Fri 22:00–00:00, Sat 18:00–00:00 +100% : Sunday
• Paid overtime
• 8% holiday allowance (vakantiegeld) + end‑of‑year bonus
