Job summary

Booston.io in Delfgauw zoekt een Order Picker voor logistieke werkzaamheden. Je voert dagelijks orderpicking uit, scant met handscanners, verpakt en bereidt verzendingen voor. Je werkt in een team, houdt de werkplek schoon en veilig en levert tijdig af.

Volledige training is voorzien en eerdere ervaring is niet vereist. De ochtenddienst van 07:00–16:00 wordt zes weken gehanteerd; op basis van prestatie kan verplaatsing naar avonddienst plaatsvinden.

Qualifications

• Vereiste: eigen woning in Nederland, geen huisvesting aangeboden.
• Geen ervaring vereist – volledige training wordt geboden.
• Basiskennis van Nederlands/Engels/Pools voor communicatie.
• Fysiek fit en in staat pakketten tot ca. 23 kg te tillen.
• Flexibele beschikbaarheid, ook in het weekend.

Responsibilities

• Orderpicking nauwkeurig en efficiënt.
• Draagbare handscanners gebruiken en voorraad monitoren.
• Verpakken en verzendklaar maken van producten.
• Netheid en veiligheid op de werkvloer bewaren.

Over de functie

In this position, you will be part of the daily logistics operations, where accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork are important. You will follow clear work processes and use digital logistics tools to ensure orders are handled correctly and on time.

• Accurately and efficiently picking orders
• Operating hand scanners and monitoring inventory levels
• Packing and preparing products for shipment
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the workplace
• Collaborating with the team to achieve daily operational goals

All new employees start on the morning shift for the first 6 weeks. Based on performance, a move to the evening shift can be discussed.

Shift times

• Morning shift: 07:00 – 16:00
• Evening shift: 15:00 – 00:00

Weekend work applies only to the evening shift.

Wat wij bieden

• €16.14 gross per hour (including ADV allowance)
• Shift & weekend allowances on top of base salary: +25% : Mon–Fri 18:00–22:00, Sat 14:00–18:00 +50% : Mon–Fri 22:00–00:00, Sat 18:00–00:00 +100% : Sunday
• Paid overtime
• 8% holiday allowance (vakantiegeld) + end‑of‑year bonus
