Job summary

Royal Houdijk is looking for a Warehouse Worker to handle order picking, ISAH registration, and forklift loading in a well-organized, safe environment with supportive colleagues.

The role is all-round and varied, with Monday team reviews, potential to improve processes, and a strong emphasis on teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• MBO level 3/4 logistics qualification preferred.
• Experience in a similar warehouse role is desirable.
• Forklift operation experience preferred and forklift license or willingness to obtain one.
• Valid driving license B required.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders from pick lists for shipments or colleagues.
• Register incoming goods in ISAH and sort for processing.
• Load/unload using a forklift, handling large pallets.
• Keep the warehouse orderly and presentable.
• Perform regular stock counts and assist at external storage when needed.
• Look for process improvements to increase efficiency.

About the job

You will be working in an all-round role as a warehouse worker. Every Monday, your team comes together to review the week, set priorities, and divide tasks. The type of work and how it is allocated depends on the phase of our projects and can vary from week to week. All our colleagues are versatile and offer each other help when needed. This makes the workdays enjoyable and diverse.

Your key responsibilities:

• Picking orders based on pick lists for shipments or for your colleagues in the assembly department.
• Registering incoming goods in our system (ISAH) and sorting them for further processing.
• Loading and unloading using a forklift. This often involves handling large pallets carrying machines.
• Keeping the warehouse orderly and presentable.

In addition, regular stock counts are carried out, you occasionally perform tasks at our external storage location, and there is room to improve processes.

• A salary between €2,800 and €3,500 per month based on a 40-hour work week.
• 27 vacation days and 13 additional leave days (ADV), according to the Metalektro collective labor agreement.

What you bring

Key qualifications:

• MBO level 3/4 (intermediate to advanced vocational level), preferably with a completed logistics qualification.
• Preferably, you have experience in a similar role and in operating a forklift.
• You either have a forklift license or are willing to obtain one.
• You hold a valid driving license B.
