Job summary

STAFFICE B.V. in Amsterdam zoekt een enthousiaste magazijnmedewerker voor een vast dienstverband. Het werktijden zijn van maandag tot vrijdag, 08:00–17:00, met vaste daytime hours in een transport‑ en logistieke omgeving.

Je werkt met heftrucktaken en draagt bij aan een veilige werkomgeving. Je taken omvatten het veilig beladen/lossen, controleren van CMR-documenten, het plaatsen van verzendlabels en het gereedmaken van goederen voor vervoer.

Qualifications

• Relevante heftruckervaring.
• Geldig heftruckcertificaat is een plus.
• Ervaring met lezen van CMR-documenten en verzendlabels.
• Nauwkeurig werken met aandacht voor veiligheid.
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en teamgeest.
• Beschikbaar van maandag tot en met vrijdag tussen 08:00 en 17:00.

Responsibilities

• Veilig en efficiënt laad- en loswerk met de heftruck.
• Lezen, controleren en verwerken van CMR-documenten.
• Printen en plaatsen van verzendlabels op de juiste plek.
• Voorbereiden, controleren en inladen van goederen voor transport.
• Controleren van inkomende/uitgaande vracht op schade en aantallen.
• Zorg voor een veilige, schone en goed georganiseerde magazijnruimte.

Job description

Are you someone who loves to roll up their sleeves and feels right at home on a forklift? You will start working for one of our clients in Amsterdam, active in the transport and logistics sector. For them, we are looking for an enthusiastic warehouse worker! A job with fixed working hours from Monday to Friday, where you and your colleagues put your shoulders to the wheel every single day.

Werkzaamheden: (Responsibilities)

• Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently with the forklift.
• Reading, checking, and processing CMR waybills.
• Printing and placing shipping labels in the right spot.
• Preparing, checking, and staging goods for transport.
• Checking incoming and outgoing freight for any damages and correct quantities.
• Keeping the warehouse safe, tidy, and well-organized.

Wij zoeken: (What we are looking for)

• Demonstrable experience on a forklift (a valid forklift certificate is a great plus, or you can simply get one through us).
• Experience with reading CMR documents and processing shipping labels.
• A real go-getter with a hands-on, no-nonsense mentality.
• Someone who works accurately, keeps an overview, and has an eye for safety on the work floor.
• Availability from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00.
• Good communication skills to work smoothly with your colleagues and the drivers.
