Job summary

DSV Maastricht Airport is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to guide a 30‑strong team in a fast‑growing logistics environment, delivering reliable operations.

You report to the warehouse manager, coordinate daily tasks, identify disruptions, and push continuous improvements while maintaining safety, compliance and teamwork.

How you do this?As a warehouse team leader, you report directly to the warehouse manager and coordinate activities for a team of 30 warehouse employees. You excel at bringing out the best in your team members and ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of logistics processes in our warehouse. You achieve this by:

• distributing daily operational tasks and acting as the first point of contact for employees;
• quickly identifying deviations and disruptions in the workflow;
• providing input for projects aimed at improving our logistics processes and procedures;
• adhering to and monitoring compliance with legal, company, and safety regulations.

You bring

• experience as a leader, managing employees from various cultural and linguistic backgrounds;
• experience in a 3PL logistics environment;
• willingness to work in staggered (day) shifts and occasionally on weekends;
• strong command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
