Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a logistics warehouse environment as a team lead.
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure smooth floor activity.
• Lead, inspire, and motivate a team of 10 to 30 colleagues.
• Coaching, training, and managing team members.
• Achieve set KPIs and discuss them with the team.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and efficiency.
• Monitor performance, progress, and quality within the department.
• Coordinate with transporters and customers to maintain smooth cooperation.
