Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Born, NL is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the inside department. You will manage 2 Assistant Warehouse Supervisors and 40 Warehouse Operators, driving KPI achievement and maintaining a safe, engaging work environment.

You will apply LEAN tools (Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma) to optimize processes, forecast staffing, coach your team, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role reports to the Operations Manager with a competitive CEVA CLA package.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership experience within logistics and a proactive coaching style.
• Must be able to motivate teams and maintain a safe, productive work environment.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with continuous improvement focus (LEAN, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma).
• Good command of Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor progress of the logistics process toward the customer.
• Lead and develop the team to higher performance.
• Determine capacity and staffing based on forecasting and KPIs.
• Analyze results and investigate deviations.
• Identify and implement process improvements within LEAN framework.
