Life Outdoor Living in Roosendaal is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations and to drive safety, quality and productivity. You will coach the Working Foremen, plan activities and ensure optimal deployment of staff and resources.

Join a dynamic logistics team where you’ll implement improvements, report to the Warehouse Manager, and collaborate with other leaders to keep the supply chain running smoothly during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Leadership qualities and ability to motivate a team.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Good command of English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing, coaching and motivating the Working Foremen and employees within your department.
• Planning and coordinating daily activities and monitoring progress.
• Ensuring the efficient deployment of employees, equipment and resources.
• Monitoring an accurate and efficient flow of goods while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
• Ensuring compliance with working procedures, working hours, break times and safety regulations.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
• Identifying bottlenecks and providing input to improve processes and working methods.
• Conducting performance, progress and absence-related meetings with employees and following up on absence cases.
• Ensuring sufficient supervision and support are available throughout daily operations.
• Coordinating daily with other Team Leaders, Working Foremen, the Logistics Planner and the Warehouse Manager.
• Acting as a point of contact for other departments within the organisation.
