Job summary

GXO Logistics in Amsterdam is hiring Warehouse Team Leads to help launch and grow a brand-new site for a technology customer. You will lead a team of 7–8 direct reports, shaping the operation from the ground up and driving high‑performing, safe and efficient daily work.

You will coach and develop staff, manage performance, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams. Fluency in English is required, Dutch is a plus, and a 2‑shift pattern may be needed as the site scales.

Qualifications

• Senior coordination or leadership role within logistics, warehousing, manufacturing or distribution preferred.
• Able to motivate, engage and bring people with you.
• Fluency in English; Dutch is an advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work a 2-shift pattern if needed.

What you'll bring to GXO

• Previous experience in a Senior Coordination or similar leadership role within logistics, warehousing, manufacturing or distribution is preferred.
