Job summary

Vanderlande is seeking a Warehouse Planner Spare Parts to manage daily and long-term warehouse plans for the Global Spare Parts team. You will coordinate wave releases, trips, and resource allocation across automated and manual warehouse operations to ensure on-time customer deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse planning, workload balancing, and operational coordination.
• Strong knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL).
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); knowledge of LOCUS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Wave Planning, Order Release and Trip Planning: plan, prioritize and release warehouse waves and shipment trips to ensure efficient order fulfillment and on-time customer deliveries.
• Operational Planning and Control: develop and coordinate daily warehouse plans to optimize resource utilization, balance workload, and achieve operational performance targets.
• New Warehouse Setup: act as a core team member in planning, coordinating, and executing the transition to the new warehouse facility, ensuring seamless operations during and after the move.
• Continuous Improvement: lead Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen projects to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Compliance and Safety: ensure all processes comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work closely with operations, supply chain, and quality teams to align warehouse processes with overall business objectives.
