Job summary

GEODIS in Venlo zoekt een EPT Warehouse Operator. Je zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen correct en op tijd worden gepakt en klaargemaakt voor verzending. Je werkt dagelijks met een handscanner en EPT in een internationaal georiënteerd magazijn.

Je werkt meestal van 09:00 tot 18:00 uur, eens per drie weken van 07:30 tot 16:30. Start People verzorgt de uitzendarbeid met dezelfde arbeidsvoorwaarden als GEODIS.

Qualifications

• Vast bewezen ervaring in magazijnwerk.
• Dagelijkse ervaring met EPT en handscanner.
• Beschikken over 32–40 uur per week.
• Bereid zijn tot vaste dagdiensten.
• Goede beheersing van Engels is gewenst.
• Fysiek in orde en nauwkeurig werken.

Responsibilities

• Bestellingen verzamelen met handscanner en EPT.
• Producten controleren op kwaliteit en aantallen.
• Bestellingen verpakken en gereedmaken voor verzending.
• Goederen veilig verplaatsen in het magazijn.
• Producten plaatsen op de juiste locatie.
• Veiligheids- en kwaliteitsprocedures volgen.
• Samenwerken met collega's om dagelijkse targets te halen.
• Werkplek schoon en georganiseerd houden.

As an EPT Warehouse Operator at GEODIS, you make sure customer orders are picked correctly and on time and prepared for shipment. You work with a hand scanner and EPT and are active in the warehouse every day.

As an EPT Warehouse Operator at GEODIS, you make sure customer orders are picked correctly and on time and prepared for shipment. You work with a hand scanner and EPT and are active in the warehouse every day.

Your tasks include:

• Picking orders with a hand scanner and EPT;
• Checking products, quantities and quality;
• Packing orders and preparing them for shipment;
• Safely moving goods around the warehouse;
• Placing products in the correct location;
• Following safety and quality procedures;
• Working together with colleagues to achieve daily targets;
• Keeping your workplace clean, safe and organized.

You mainly work from 09:00 to 18:00. Once every three weeks, you work from 07:30 to 16:30.

• €14.99 to €16.20 gross per hour, depending on experience;
• Guaranteed 32 to 40 hours per week;

Functie-eisen

For this position, we are looking for a logistics employee who can work independently with an EPT.

We ask that you:

• Have proven warehouse experience;
• Have daily experience working with an EPT;
• Have experience working with a hand scanner;
• Are available for 32 to 40 hours per week;
• Are willing to work fixed day shifts;
• Speak and understand English;
• Are physically fit and enjoy active work;
• Work accurately, safely and in an organized way;
• Have your own transportation;
• Are willing to provide a VOG (Certificate of Good Conduct).
