Job summary

GLS Utrecht zoekt een logistiek medewerker om bij te dragen aan een soepele en efficiënte afhandeling van pakketten. Je werkt in een dynamische en ondersteunende omgeving waar veiligheid en kwaliteit voorop staan.

Je taken omvatten laden/lossen, scannen en sorteren, en het controleren op ADR-veiligheid. Een tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op een vaste aanstelling biedt groeimogelijkheden en ruimte voor professionele ontwikkeling.

Qualifications

• MBO 2 niveau van denken en werken.
• Vloeiende communicatie in Nederlands en/of Engels.
• Bereidheid om EPT-certificaat te halen.
• Flexibele beschikbaarheid voor roterende diensten.
• Veerkrachtige, klantgerichte en oplossingsgerichte houding.

Responsibilities

• Laden en lossen van pakketten volgens instructies.
• Scannen en sorteren van goederen, incl. minis en NOCOs.
• Controleren op afwijkingen en ADR-veiligheidsvereisten.
• Werkplek schoon en georganiseerd houden.
• Binnen de logistieke operatie verschillende taken oppakken op een flexibele manier.

• Loading and unloading: safely handle packages following established guidelines to ensure smooth operations.
• Scanning and sorting: accurately process goods, including minis and NOCOs, with attention to detail.
• Inspecting: check packages for irregularities and hazardous materials (ADR) to maintain compliance with safety standards.
• Maintaining workspace: keep your area clean, organized, and safe to support efficient workflows.
• Adapting: take on various tasks within the warehouse as needed, showcasing your flexibility and teamwork.
