Job summary

IFF Netherlands is seeking a dedicated warehouse operator based in Tilburg to ensure materials are available exactly when needed. You will handle picking, weighing, and packing according to production orders and use RF scanners to process transactions, while maintaining inventory accuracy in SAP.

You will collaborate with colleagues to support production, manage internal material requests, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or production setting.
• Fluent communication in Dutch and English.
• Valid reach truck certificate or willingness to obtain one.
• Experience with warehouse systems, scanners, or inventory tools.
• Basic knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is advantageous.

Where You'll Make a Difference

• Pick, weigh, and prepare raw materials according to production orders.
• Ensure timely and accurate material supply to production departments and internal customers.
• Process warehouse transactions using Radio Frequency (RF) scanners.
• Perform inventory checks and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Execute stock corrections and maintain inventory records within SAP.
• Support internal material requests, re-inspections, and sample preparation activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure efficient warehouse operations and continuous service to production.
