Job summary

IFF, Tilburg, Netherlands, is seeking a Warehouse Operator to ensure materials are available as needed. You will pick, weigh and prepare raw materials, use RF scanners, and maintain accurate inventory in SAP.

This onsite role requires Dutch and English communication, a reach truck certificate or willingness to obtain one, and a collaborative, detail-oriented mindset to support production and continuous service.

Responsibilities

• Process warehouse transactions using RF scanners.
• Perform inventory checks and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Execute stock corrections and maintain inventory records in SAP.
• Support internal material requests, re-inspections, and sample preparation.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure efficient warehouse operations and continuous service to production.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Pick, weigh, and prepare raw materials according to production orders.

• Process warehouse transactions using Radio Frequency (RF) scanners.
• Perform inventory checks and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Execute stock corrections and maintain inventory records within SAP.

• Experience working in a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or production environment.
• Good communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Valid reach truck certificate or willingness to obtain one.
• Experience working with warehouse systems, scanners, or inventory management tools.
• Basic knowledge of SAP or comparable Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is an advantage.
