Job summary

Vinted Go in Breda, Netherlands, is offering a six-month Warehouse Operations Intern role within the Go Field Operations team. You’ll work hands-on across receiving, inspecting, sorting, packing, and shipping, contributing to lean initiatives and continuous improvement.

You’ll learn from experienced professionals in operations optimisation, transportation coordination, and programme management, with mentorship and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Learn how parcel handling and logistics work from start to finish.
• Develop understanding of lean process improvement and efficiency.
• Support daily operational processes: receiving, sorting, packing, and shipping parcels.
• Help repair parcels within the same day to improve delivery times.
• Identify root causes of issues and implement solutions.
• Contribute to reducing parcel inflow and increasing efficiency.
• Organise stock by managing and removing outdated stock types.
