Job summary

Vanderlande, Linesorters division, in Veghel, offers an internship in Strategy & Operations Optimization starting October 2026 for six months. You will work on data-driven optimization of global team topology, SAFe processes, and roadmaps, using Python and BI tools to build interactive dashboards and present actionable recommendations.

Ideal candidates are Master students in Business Analytics/Operations Research, fluent English, resident in the Netherlands, and enrolled in the Dutch education

Qualifications

• Master student in Business Analytics and Operations Research or related field.
• Strong Python experience and data visualization skills with BI tools.
• Fluent English, resident of the Netherlands, enrolled in Dutch education system.

Responsibilities

• Map global team data: competencies, time zones, SAFe velocities, reliability metrics.
• Analyze team topologies and bottlenecks in agile processes.
• Build optimization models to simulate effects of team changes on delivery speed.
• Design a prototype dashboard for what-if scenarios on reorganization and roadmaps.
• Deliver a final report with actionable recommendations.
