Job summary

Vinted Go Carrier Internship Programme offers hands-on experience in one of Europe’s leading logistics teams. As an intern, you’ll contribute to meaningful projects in operations optimisation, transportation coordination, strategy and programme management, guided by your mentor to grow professionally.

You’ll work closely with the team, learn from experienced professionals, and gain direct exposure to facility operations, space planning, and safety standards in a busy warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new tools, systems, and working methods.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in following up on maintenance requests and issues.
• Organised and able to communicate clearly, building good relationships with stakeholders and contractors.
• Proficient in English; Dutch language skills are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operational Learning: Understand warehouse facility operations, maintenance, and safety basics.
• Standards Development: Learn facility layout planning and Health, Safety, and Environment standards.
• Daily Maintenance: Assist with routine site inspections, equipment checks, and reporting issues.
• Operational Continuity: Help coordinate preventative maintenance and minor repairs to minimise downtime.
• Inventory Management: Track facility inventory like PPE, supplies, and tools.
• Safety Initiatives: Support safety audits and ensure compliance with site guidelines.
• Optimization: Help organise warehouse space for clear pathways and efficient waste management.
