Job summary

Jobtailor in Venlo, Netherlands seeks an experienced logistics leader to manage inbound, storage, and outbound activities for customers. You will continuously optimize warehouse processes and lead a team of 1–3 supervisors, indirectly guiding 5–45 warehouse staff.

You will provide management information tied to targets and KPIs while ensuring quality and security in day-to-day operations. Dutch and English communication at all levels is required.

Qualifications

• Several years of leadership experience within a logistics environment.
• Experience with logistics automation is a strong advantage.
• Ability to communicate at all levels in both Dutch and English.
