Introduction

One day you'll analyze warehouse performance and immediately see where processes can be made smarter. The next day you'll consult with various departments on cost control, staffing, and operational improvements. In this role, you'll combine logistics knowledge with strong analytical skills and contribute daily to a smoothly running warehouse environment.

The department you join forms an important link between the operational processes and the support departments. Together with colleagues, you will work daily on optimizing performance, controlling costs, and improving service delivery.

Function

In this role, you will support the management and optimization of daily warehouse activities. You will oversee supplier performance, monitor operational costs, and review invoices to ensure that processes are efficient and cost-effective. Additionally, you will actively participate in improvement projects aimed at increasing productivity and further optimizing logistics processes.

You are also involved in monitoring staff deployment, time registration, and collaboration with temporary employment agencies. You maintain contact with various internal departments, including Finance and Accounting, and provide management information through reports, KPI analyses, and business reviews. Thanks to your analytical perspective, you can identify opportunities for improvement and translate them into concrete actions that contribute to a more efficient operation.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience within a warehouse environment;
• Experience with logistical processes such as order picking, packing, and shipping;
• A completed MBO+ level education or comparable work and thinking ability;
• Excellent command of the English language;
• Analytically strong and comfortable working with numbers;
