More Recruitment is seeking a driven Warehouse Team Leader for a leading global logistics client. You will lead a team of warehouse associates in a fast-paced operation, ensuring daily planning runs smoothly and KPIs are met.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you are at the heart of the daily warehouse operation. You will lead a team of warehouse associates in a dynamic environment where multiple customer operations come together. Thanks to your leadership and organizational skills, logistics processes and daily planning run smoothly.

This role is about more than just managing the day-to-day operation. You will have plenty of opportunities to improve processes, coach your team, and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Flexible and willing to work either day shifts or a 2-shift rotation (depending on your preference and mutual agreement).
• Results-driven, proactive, and a strong team player with a hands-on mentality.
