Warehouse Inventory Controller / Credits Coordinator

About the role:
We’re growing our warehouse team with the addition of a new Inventory Controller / Credits Coordinator role. This position will build on existing stock control expertise, helping to maintain stock accuracy and support overall warehouse organisation and workflow. It will also oversee the management of customer returns and credits, ensuring all items are processed efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner.
What you will do (but not limited to)
Inventory Controller:
- Cycle counts of pickface and reserve locations.
- Ensure all inventory errors are investigated, reported on and followed up.
- Assist with supporting the inwards process flow.
- Communicate to the Warehouse Manager any large or consistent inventory error trends and provide potential reasons.
- Responsible for managing, preparing and submitting monthly inventory adjustment reports.
Credits Coordinator:
- Ensure all returns are checked and completed daily.
- Credits are processed daily with accuracy and high attention to detail.
- Check off returned physical goods correctly against the accompanying paperwork; if no paperwork is included, complete a manual returns form.
We want to work with someone who has:
- At least 2 years' relevant experience in warehouse and logistics positions.
- Proficiency in operating MHE with current and valid tickets.
- A good understanding of inventory flow and replenishment workflow.
- The ability to complete daily tasks efficiently and meet deadlines consistently.
- A great eye for detail, accuracy and ability to investigate issues to identify root causes.
- Confidence in following system procedures and adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Fluency in both English and Dutch.
- The right to live and work in the Netherlands.
