Job summary

Simply Green B.V. in Almere is seeking an organised Inbound Specialist to own the Goods In process in a fast-growing European B2B distributor of cannabis and smoking accessories.

You will handle receiving, booking in, put-away, and preserve inventory accuracy while using NetSuite and ERP systems to ensure stock integrity. Responsibilities include inspecting deliveries, recording lots and expiry dates, managing discrepancies and customer returns, and maintaining a safe, clean receiving area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Goods In, Receiving or Warehouse Inbound experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable learning ERP systems (NetSuite experience is an advantage)
• Physically fit and comfortable handling warehouse stock.
• English proficiency.
• Reliable, organised and able to take ownership of your work.

Responsibilities

• Receive supplier deliveries safely and efficiently and book them in NetSuite.
• Inspect quantities, product specifications and condition.
• Create accurate Item Receipts in NetSuite and ensure inventory matches physical stock.
• Store products in correct warehouse bin locations and record lot numbers/expiry dates.
• Identify shortages, overages and damaged goods and report issues to the Warehouse Manager and Procurement.

Overview

Simply Green B.V. is a fast-growing European B2B distributor of cannabis and smoking accessories. From our Almere warehouse we supply retailers and distributors across Europe, ensuring products move efficiently from suppliers to customers.

Following the successful implementation of NetSuite and continued expansion of our warehouse operations, we are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Inbound Specialist to take ownership of our Goods In process.

Tasks

What You Will Be Doing

Receiving & Booking In

• Receive supplier deliveries safely and efficiently
• Check deliveries against purchase orders and packing lists
• Inspect quantities, product specifications and condition
• Create accurate Item Receipts in NetSuite
• Ensure system inventory matches physical stock

Put-away & Inventory Accuracy

• Store products in the correct warehouse bin locations
• Record lot numbers and expiry dates accurately
• Maintain organised warehouse locations for efficient picking
• Keep the Goods In area clean and structured

Discrepancy Management

• Identify shortages, overages and damaged goods
• Move discrepancies to the designated Stock Discrepancy location
• Report issues to the Warehouse Manager, Procurement and Finance
• Support supplier claims and discrepancy investigations

Customer Returns

• Receive and inspect returned products
• Process customer returns in NetSuite
• Determine whether products should be returned to stock or quarantined

Warehouse Standards

• Maintain a safe, clean and organised receiving area
• Follow warehouse procedures and health & safety requirements
• Support continuous improvement of inbound processes

Requirements

Essential

• Minimum 1 year of Goods In, Receiving or Warehouse Inbound experience
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable learning ERP systems (NetSuite experience is an advantage)
• Physically fit and comfortable handling warehouse stock
• English Proficiency
• Reliable, organised and able to take ownership of your work

Preferred

• Dutch language skills
• Experience with NetSuite or another ERP/WMS
• Experience with batch, lot or expiry-controlled inventory
• Experience working with warehouse scanning systems
• Interest in cannabis accessories, CBD or vaping products
