Job summary

STAFFICE B.V. invites applications for an Allround Logistics Employee to manage inbound and outbound stock at the Nieuw-Vennep site. You will coordinate receiving, quality checks, packing, labeling, and shipping with emphasis on accuracy and timely fulfillment.

Job description

Working as an Allround Logistics Employee via Staffice gives you operational responsibility over key warehouse flows. You start your shift by organizing the inbound dock, checking high-technology shipments for accuracy, and placing inventory in designated locations. As the day progresses, you manage outbound order picking, build displays using hand tools, and keep accurate records in the system. Your proactive approach ensures urgent orders are packed, labeled, and shipped without delay.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, quality-checking, and booking in incoming inventory
• Overseeing order preparation and packing for global shipments
• Taking initiative to optimize warehouse organization and workflow
• Assembling components and displays using basic hand tools
• Operating material handling equipment to shift stock safely
• Monitoring system inventory to maintain correct stock levels
• Securing, labeling, and organizing outgoing freight
• Ensuring workspace safety and maintaining organized storage areas

• Prior experience in warehouse logistics handling inbound and outbound stock
• Independent mindset with a strong sense of ownership on the floor
• Basic technical skills and familiarity with hand tools
• Strong communication skills in English
• Good physical health and energy for dynamic daily tasks
