Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a proactive Engineering Leader to own the manufacturing environment and drive warehouse engineering initiatives. You will optimize processes, layouts, and ergonomics while coordinating NPI and sustainability projects.

You will apply lean tools, lead digital transformation, and mentor teams to improve productivity, quality, and employee experience across facilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree at HBO level or equivalent.
Experience with continuous improvement and warehouse engineering projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong technical and computer skills.
Innovative mindset and ability to bring future-ready solutions.

Responsibilities

Own and optimize the manufacturing environment and lead warehouse engineering initiatives.
Maintain and update design times and time measurements using MTM and video analysis.
Design and optimize standard layouts with safety, quality, efficiency, and ergonomics in mind.
Lead ergonomic assessments and drive the Ergonomic Excellence Program.
