Job summary

Olympia zoekt een Warehouse Employee in Son en Breugel voor een dynamische logistieke rol in ons warehouse. Je waarborgt een veilige, nauwkeurige en efficiënte goederenstroom met scanners en een WMS, en bedient dagelijks een vorkheftruck of reach truck.

Je werkzaamheden omvatten ontvangst, opslag, voorraadbeheer en verzending, inclusief orderpicking, stock checks en documentatie. Een fulltime 40-urige werkweek met dagdiensten en piekperioden behoort tot de mogelijkheden.

Qualifications

• Ervaring in logistieke/magazijnomgeving vereist.
• Ervaring met vorkheftruck en reach truck is vereist.
• Certificaat vorkheftruck/reach truck of bereid om te behalen.
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands en/of Engels.
• Ervaring met scanners en een WMS is een voordeel.
• Je werkt veilig en nauwkeurig.
• Je bent fysiek fit en handen- op werk is jouw kracht.
• Je kunt zelfstandig werken en maakt deel uit van een team.

Responsibilities

• Ontvangen, inspecteren en verwerken van inkomende goederen.
• Registreren van inbound goederen met scanners en het WMS.
• Vervoeren en opslaan van goederen met vorkheftruck/reach truck.
• Verwerken en inspecteren van geretourneerde goederen en verpakkingsmaterialen.
• Orderpicken met picklijsten en scanners.
• Orderverzending voorbereiden en laden/lossen van vrachtwagens.
• Labels en verzenddocumentatie controleren.
• Voorraadcontroles en tellingen uitvoeren.
• Eventuele afwijkingen, schade en voorraadverschillen identificeren.
• Veilige, nette en georganiseerde magazijnomgeving handhaven.
• Voldoen aan veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieuregels.

As a Warehouse Employee, you play a key role in the logistics process and are responsible for ensuring a safe, accurate, and efficient flow of goods within the warehouse. You will be given a high level of responsibility, work with modern scanners and warehouse management systems, and operate a forklift and/or reach truck on a daily basis. Thanks to your efforts, logistics operations run smoothly, and customers can rely on accurate and timely deliveries.

Your responsibilities will be varied and include inbound, outbound, and inventory management activities. You will be involved in receiving and inspecting incoming goods, processing returns, order picking, loading and unloading trucks, and performing stock checks. In addition, you will accurately register all warehouse movements in the WMS system. Thanks to your attention to detail, inventory records remain up to date, and you contribute to a safe, organized, and efficient working environment.

Your responsibilities include:

• Receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming goods;
• Registering inbound goods using scanners and the WMS system;
• Transporting and storing goods using a forklift and/or reach truck;
• Processing and inspecting returned goods and packaging materials;
• Picking orders using pick lists and scanners;
• Preparing orders for shipment;
• Loading and unloading trucks;
• Applying and checking labels and shipping documentation;
• Performing stock checks and assisting with inventory counts;
• Identifying discrepancies, damages, and inventory variances;
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment;
• Complying with all applicable safety, quality, and environmental regulations.

Wie ben je?

• You have experience working in a logistics or warehouse environment;
• You have experience operating a forklift and/or reach truck;
• You hold a valid forklift and/or reach truck certificate, or you are willing to obtain one;
• You are fluent in Dutch and/or English;
• Experience working with scanners and a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is considered an advantage;
• You work accurately and have a strong focus on safety;
• You are physically fit and enjoy hands-on work;
• You are able to work independently, are flexible, and enjoy working as part of a team.

Wat mag je verwachten?

• A gross monthly salary of €2,950;
• An additional €50 gross monthly allowance for working safely with chemicals;
• A full-time position of 40 hours per week;
• Day shift working hours from 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM;
• During peak periods, the possibility to work in staggered shifts from 06:00 AM to 02:30 PM or 12:00 PM to 08:30 PM;
• Travel allowance in accordance with the client's policy;
