Job summary

WerkTalent is seeking an orderpicker / warehouse worker who uses a handheld scanner or picking list to collect orders, ensure items are complete and correct, and prepare them for shipment.

You will work Monday to Friday, 7:00–16:00, with evenings and weekends free. The role offers a long-term, full-time contract, 40 hours per week, travel allowance, 24 days of annual leave, an on-site gym, and opportunities to obtain forklift or reach truck certificates at WerkTalent’s expense.

Qualifications

• 40 hours per week availability
• Hands-on attitude and physical fitness to stand and walk all day
• No Dutch required; English sufficient
• Residence in Oss, Nijmegen or Wijchen
• Experience as an orderpicker or warehouse worker is a plus but not required

Job description

As an orderpicker / warehouse worker, you make sure that all orders are collected accurately and neatly. Using a handheld scanner or picking list, you move through the warehouse and collect the correct products.

Your responsibilities

• Collecting orders using a picking list or handheld scanner
• Checking that products are complete and correct
• Packing orders and preparing them for shipment
• Moving products within the warehouse
• Keeping your workplace clean and safe
• Working together with your colleagues to complete everything on time

You will work from Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (07.00 till 16.00), so you are free in the evenings and weekends

As an orderpicker / warehouse worker, you have:

• Experience as an orderpicker, warehouse worker or simular in the logistics would be great but is not required
• Availability for 40 hours per week
• A hands‑on attitude and the physical fitness to stand and walk throughout the day
• No Dutch required, English is enough
• Residence in or near Oss, Nijmegen or Wijchen

As an orderpicker / warehouse worker, you will receive:

• An hourly wage of €15, which equals approximately €2,610 per month
• Travel allowance
• Holiday allowance and 24 days of annual leave

• The opportunity to obtain a forklift or reach truck certificate at WerkTalent’s expense
