Job summary

Simply Green B.V. is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our Almere warehouse team.

This full-time role (40 hours per week) runs Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00, with responsibilities covering receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping customer orders. You will work in a practical, team-oriented environment, handling up to 20 kg, using scanners and the NetSuite system, and you will benefit from a competitive salary (€2,725 gross per month), 8% holiday allowance, up to 10%

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual and practical.
• Able to lift up to 20 kg and perform physically active work.
• Careful and accurate in stocking and picking tasks.
• Basic computer skills; able to learn scanners/warehouse software.
• Good working English; able to work in a team; legal right to work in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and verify against purchase orders.
• Report shortages, damage or discrepancies.
• Store and organise stock.
• Pick and pack customer orders.
• Prepare outgoing shipments for carriers.
• Support stock counts and inventory checks.
• Update stock movements in NetSuite.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse.
• Report stock, packaging or equipment issues.
• Support general warehouse operations as needed.

Are you looking for a dynamic position as a Warehouse Associate in Almere area?

Simply Green is looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team in Almere. This is a full-time, warehouse-based position (40 hours per week), working Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00. In this role, you will help ensure customer orders are received, stored, picked, packed and shipped accurately and on time.

Tasks

What you'll do

• Receive incoming deliveries and check goods against purchase orders
• Report shortages, damage or discrepancies
• Put stock away accurately and keep the warehouse organised
• Pick and pack customer orders
• Prepare outgoing shipments for carriers
• Support stock counts and inventory checks
• Update stock movements in NetSuite
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment
• Report stock, packaging or equipment issues
• Support general warehouse operations as needed

Requirements

What we're looking for:

Essential

• Reliable, punctual and practical
• Comfortable with physically active work, including lifting up to 20 kg
• Careful and accurate
• Basic computer skills and comfortable learning scanners or warehouse systems
• Good working English
• Able to work well in a team
• Legal right to work in the Netherlands

Nice to have

• Warehouse, logistics or distribution experience
• Experience with ERP or warehouse systems (NetSuite is a plus)
• Forklift certificate
• Dutch language skills
• Experience with shipping carriers such as DHL, DPD or PostNL
• Preferably resides in Almere

• Competitive base salary of €2,725 gross per month, plus 8% holiday allowance paid monthly
• Annual performance bonus of up to 10% of base salary

• Additional 1 day of annual leave per year of service, up to a maximum of 5 extra days
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km
• Monday - Friday, 09:00-17:30
