Park Plaza Utrecht zoekt een enthousiaste Waiter(ess) om ons Food & Beverage team te versterken. Jij verwelkomt gasten, neemt bestellingen op en verzorgt bediening met aandacht voor merk- en service-standaarden.

Je werkt flexibel, ook in avonden, weekenden en feestdagen, met focus op teamwork en nauwkeurigheid. Je beheerst Engels en Nederlands en draagt bij aan een gastvrije, professionele beleving in een bruisende hotelomgeving.

• Goede communicatie in Engels en Nederlands.

Responsibilities

• Gasten welkom heten en warme, professionele service bieden.
• Bestellingen van eten en drinken correct opnemen.
• Gerechten en dranken serveren volgens merk- en servicestandaarden.
• Tafels tijdig schoonmaken en opnieuw dekken.
• Netheid en presentatie in restaurant en bar handhaven.
• Gastverzoeken afhandelen en vragen professioneel oplossen.
• Samenwerken met keuken en F&B team voor soepele dagelijkse operaties.
• Ondersteunen van conferenties, evenementen en andere F&B-activiteiten indien nodig.

As a Waiter(ess) you'll be part of our Food & Beverage team, creating memorable dining experiences through warm hospitality and attentive service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide a warm, friendly, and professional service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks in line with brand and service standards.
• Ensure tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation throughout the restaurant and bar areas.
• Handle guest requests and resolve queries professionally.
• Work closely with the kitchen and Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support conferences, events, and other Food & Beverage activities when required.

Essential Requirements

• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong communication skills in English & Dutch.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Positive, reliable, and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.

Preferred Requirements

• Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, café, bar, or other hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Experience working in a customer-facing role.
• Additional language skills are an advantage.
