Job summary

EY in Amsterdam seeks an S/4HANA Senior Manager to drive technology‑based business transformations and to act as the SAP expert for clients. You will lead hands‑on configuration, project governance, and the IT transformation journey across SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public.

You will maintain close client contact, advance your SAP portfolio knowledge, and contribute to innovative solutions while traveling mainly within the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Deep understanding of S/4HANA Cloud Public functionalities and best practices.
• Minimally certified in key modules such as Procurement, Sales or Finance.
• ERP end‑to‑end implementation experience in Cloud environments.
• Experience with data migration projects via Migration Cockpit or ETL tooling.
• Ability to configure S/4HANA modules to meet business needs.
• Proficiency in integration technologies (SAP BTP) and related skills.
• At least 5 years’ SAP experience and strong stakeholder communication.
• Willingness to travel regularly (mainly within the Netherlands).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the S/4HANA Cloud Public implementation from planning to go-live.
• Configure S/4HANA modules (Procurement, Sales, Finance) to fit business needs.
• Plan and execute data migration using Migration Cockpit or ETL tools.
• Integrate S/4HANA with other systems via APIs and SAP BTP.
• Drive testing and training for end users on the new system.
• Provide ongoing technical support and guidance during transformation.
