Job summary

Flynn and Chase is seeking an Amsterdam-based Vice President to join its M&A and Strategic Advisory practice. You will lead end-to-end mandates, from origination to closing, reporting to the M&A partners and interacting with founders, PE sponsors and corporate management.

The role requires 5–7 years in M&A or corporate finance, a Master’s degree, and fluency in Dutch and English. This is a full-time in-office position in Amsterdam with no remote arrangements.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in M&A advisory or corporate finance.
• Experience on Dutch mid-market deals in Benelux.
• Strong valuation and modelling skills (DCF, LBO, comps).
• Excellent Dutch and English client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of live M&A mandates – you are the deal lead, not the analyst.
• Run process management from IM through to signing and closing.
• Sit opposite CEOs, CFOs, sponsors and boards as the day-to-day contact.
• Drive valuation work, positioning, buyer identification and negotiation.
• Coach and develop Associates and Analysts on the desk.
• Contribute to origination – bring your network of sponsors and corporates.
• Work closely with debt advisory on integrated financing-linked and dual-track processes.
