Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers, Inc. in the Netherlands (Breda) is seeking a Vice President, Marketplace to shape and execute the international growth strategy. You will lead Auction, Mascus, Marketplace-E, Rouse, and Retail with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experience and profitability.

You will collaborate with the Head of Product, International and senior leaders to align marketplace priorities with corporate strategy while expanding into new geographies and services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior commercial, marketplace, digital platform, or general management roles.
• Experience leading multi-market or international businesses.
• Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead senior leaders within a matrix organization.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute an International Marketplace Growth Strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Define long-term marketplace priorities and growth initiatives across Auction, Mascus, MPE, Rouse and Retail.
• Drive customer experience improvements and profitability across marketplaces.
• Lead cross-functional teams including marketing, product, technology and country leaders.
• Monitor marketplace performance and implement corrective actions where required.
• Collaborate with Head of Product, International on roadmap and priority setting.
• Represent International marketplace interests within executive leadership forums.
