You will align marketplace strategies with corporate objectives, coach senior leaders, and partner with product, marketing, technology, and country teams to drive value and competitive advantage across the region.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior commercial, marketplace, digital platform, or general management experience.
• Proven experience leading multi-market or international business units.
• Strong background in marketplace, e-commerce, digital platforms, auctions, or related industries.
• Experience leading senior leaders within a matrix organization.
• Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own marketplace growth performance.
• Develop annual business plans and growth forecasts.
• Collaborate with Country Managers, Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, and People Teams.
• Partner with Corporate Leadership to ensure strategic alignment.
• Influence senior stakeholders on marketplace priorities and investments.
